Fitpas was a startup that was just being established when we first met, and its team was also newly formed. Its founder, Ege, is a Turkish-American who wanted to bring a similar product to Fitpas, which was already being used in the United States, to Turkey. I had the opportunity to work with Ege on everything from the name, branding, product design, to pricing and membership models.
This groundwork was crucial for shaping a digital identity that truly reflected their vision. By aligning the brand’s identity with the needs and expectations of its audience, we were able to craft a product that not only stood out in the market but also offered genuine value to its users. This strategic approach ensured that Fitpas was well-positioned to capture and retain its target market.

Introduction
When we began developing the brand, our discussions with the client covered a wide range of topics, from visual aesthetics to communication strategies. We observed that many competitors in the Turkish market opted to position themselves as digital products rather than sports products. We disagreed with this approach, believing that Fitpas could eventually become an industrial sports product. Therefore, we decided it needed a design language that was more dynamic, vibrant, and bold.
We have been working with Batuhan for a while. He is a creative and solution-oriented designer. He took responsibility for our product's journey from zero to one and shaped the entire product and brand.
